Freshdesk
LiveConnect Freshdesk to let Onicis ingest support tickets, run AI classification, and update ticket fields automatically. Works with Freshdesk Growth plans and above.
Setup

In Freshdesk, go to Profile Settings and copy your API Key.

Add the environment variables below to your Onicis agent.
- 3
Go to Settings > Integrations > Freshdesk in the Onicis dashboard and test the connection.
