Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Onicis platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Onicis is an autonomous IT operations platform that classifies, triages, and remediates IT incidents using AI-powered agents installed on your infrastructure. The Service includes:
- A web-based dashboard for monitoring incidents and agent activity
- Lightweight agents deployed on your machines for telemetry collection and auto-remediation
- AI-powered ticket classification and routing
- ORBEL-based runbook execution engine
- Integrations with third-party helpdesk and communication tools
- CLI tools for agent management and configuration
The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS platform with on-premise agent components.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at guilherme@onicis.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each account is intended for use by a single organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond documented APIs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment Terms
Onicis uses per-machine pricing. You are billed based on the number of machines with active Onicis agents. Pricing details are available at onicis.com/pricing.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method for up to 7 days. If payment is not received, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for re-activation. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. Onicis does not claim ownership over any infrastructure telemetry, incident data, or configurations you provide through the Service.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your infrastructure data to train models for other customers.
You grant Onicis a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate the Service, generate anonymized and aggregated statistics, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Onicis does not guarantee that auto-remediation actions will resolve all incidents or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and disaster recovery procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onicis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Onicis in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

These Terms are effective as of March 2026 and are governed by the laws of Brazil.
