Milvus

Integrate Milvus ITSM with Onicis for full lifecycle ticket management. Onicis pulls alerts and tickets, classifies them, and can execute ORBEL runbooks to resolve issues automatically.

Setup

1. 1

   In Milvus, go to Admin > API Tokens and create a new integration token.

2. 2

   Add the environment variables to your Onicis agent config.

3. 3

   Test the connection from Settings > Integrations > Milvus.
