Movidesk

The Movidesk integration allows Onicis to read and manage tickets from Movidesk, enabling automated triage and resolution workflows for Brazilian IT teams.

Setup

1. 1

   In Movidesk, navigate to Settings > API and generate a new token.

2. 2

   Set the environment variables below in your Onicis configuration.

3. 3

   Enable the integration from Settings > Integrations > Movidesk in the dashboard.
